1. Do I need an account to place an order on Raaya?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and receive updates on new collections and offers.

2. How do I place an order on your website?

Browse the collection, select your desired product, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once
ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.” Enter your shipping and payment details, then place your
order. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as digital payments via Easypaisa and JazzCash. You’ll receive
payment instructions during checkout or can contact us for details after placing your order.

4. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we offer reliable nationwide delivery through trusted courier services.

5. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on your location and order volume. Each
pair is handmade with care, so we appreciate your patience.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 


Yes, if your order has not been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us immediately through our watsapp chat or email to request changes or cancellations.

7. Will I get a confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which you can use to track your package online.

9. What if the item I want is out of stock?

If a product is marked as out of stock, you can use the “Notify Me” option (if available) or contact us —  we’ll do our best to restock or offer a similar option.

10. What is your exchange policy?

We offer size exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes are unused and in
original packaging. Please note: we currently do not offer refunds unless the item is defective.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately through our website or email. We’ll arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible

12. Can I customize my order or share my own design?

Yes! At Raaya, we offer a customization service for customers who have a specific design, idea, or
reference in mind. Simply visit our Customize page and fill out the form with your details and
inspiration. You can also reach out to us via email or WhatsApp to discuss your design. Our team will review your request and get back to you with options and timelines.
